The Flexible Metal Inc. quality management systems
in Tucker, Georgia (Atlanta) and Hamburg,
Michigan (Ann Arbor) are certified in accordance
with ISO/TS 16949 for exhaust manifolds, tubular
components, and engineered bellows and metal
hose products. Fully equipped quality laboratories
are incorporated into both facilities for metallurgical,
physical testing, non-destructive testing and
dimensional inspections.
They majority of Flexible Metal's production is
dedicated cell manufacturing which includes
custom designed pressure test and dimensional
inspection fixtures which are combined with labeling.
Any parts that fail inspection are not labeled, and
they are segregated for corrective action. The

Is certified to ISO 9001.
